This project was to provide interior and exterior renovations to an existing office building. Located in the prime Melville 110 corridor, the building was in need of aesthetic updating to maintain its competitive rental edge. Grammas Consultants provided design and construction documents for a new two-story entry lobby. A new lobby was designed, complete with all interior finish selections. The exterior was given a granite façade. The interior elevators, hallways and bathrooms were also redesigned as part of the renovation project.
